Dr. Ruchi Mittal

Dr. Ruchi Mittal is an Associate Professor and Head in Computer Applications at Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management and Technology, Jagadhri (Haryana) which has been ranked 20th by “Business World- 2009”. She is an established professional with core teaching competencies in Data Mining and Warehousing, Operating Systems and Parallel Processing. Her teaching and research interest includes Data Mining & Data Warehousing. She has taught with distinction at various professional institutes in Haryana from the past 15 years. She is a prolific researcher and has several national and international publications to her credit. Some of her articles have been published in IBSU Scientific Journal Georgia, International Journal of Information Technology & Knowledge Management, AIMA e journal. She has proven expertise in event management and has been instrumental in organizing several academic and extra curricular activities at MAIMT.

Dr. Surender Kumar Gupta

Dr. Surender Kumar Gupta is Head of MBA Programme. He is an Associate Professor, in MAIMT with specilisation HRM and Marketing. His work applies an evolutionary perspective in the field of Management. His research work "Critical Study of Small Scale Industrial Policy and the Development of Small Scale Sector in India During Post Libralisation Period" has made a huge effort in understanding the various aspects in small scale industry. Dr. Surender Kumar Gupta has received his Postgraduate and Master of Philosophy Degree from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra and Doctor of Philosophy from Chaudhry Charan Singh University Meerut. Before joining MAIMT, he was working with Jankiji Institute of Management and Technology.
